A one-liter dimpled glass masskrug — about three pounds, filled to the line — held straight out in front of you, arm parallel to the floor.
Elbow locked, shoulders square, stein level. Judges call a strike when your form slips — three strikes and your night is over.
Any spill or drip off the stein is instant disqualification, no matter how clean your strike count is.
Outlast the field with clean form and the title is yours. The U.S. record stands at 17 minutes, 11 seconds. Bring an arm.
