Our steinholding qualifier is an official stop on the road to the Florida State Championship. Separate men's and women's divisions — each winner represents Celebration Brewing at the State Finals.

How Steinholding Works

One Liter, One Arm
A one-liter dimpled glass masskrug — about three pounds, filled to the line — held straight out in front of you, arm parallel to the floor.

Form Is Everything
Elbow locked, shoulders square, stein level. Judges call a strike when your form slips — three strikes and your night is over.

Never Spill a Drop
Any spill or drip off the stein is instant disqualification, no matter how clean your strike count is.

Last Stein Up Wins
Outlast the field with clean form and the title is yours. The U.S. record stands at 17 minutes, 11 seconds. Bring an arm.

Prosciutto, salami, and pepperoni rolled and stuffed with fresh mozzarella, arugula, sundried tomato and a balsamic drizzle. Served with a side of pesto mayo.
BLAZING BISON BURGER
½ lb bison patty topped with pepper jack, grilled habaneros, crispy onions, spicy chipotle aioli, lettuce, and tomato on a brioche bun. Served with French Fries.
GELATO PALERMO
Soft, warmed brioche stuffed with chocolate and vanilla gelato. Finished with powdered sugar.
WICKLE PICKLES PIZZETTA
Hand tossed pizzetta with an alfredo base, mozzarella, bacon, Wickles pickle chips, ranch and hot honey drizzle.
